Information you choose to share
When you request service, we collect your name, preferred contact details, ZIP code, contact preference, project timing, and project description. The other contact method is optional. We use these details to respond, discuss your project, and coordinate service.
Customer reviews
If you submit a review, we collect a display name, email, rating, and review. Reviews are reviewed before publication. With your consent, your display name, rating, and review may appear publicly. Your email address is kept private.
Storage and service providers
The website and submitted information are hosted with Cloudflare. Submitted requests and reviews are stored in a private database accessible to the business and its authorized service providers. We keep information as needed to handle your inquiry, maintain business records, and meet applicable obligations.
Security and spam prevention
We use encrypted connections, input validation, and request limits. A hash derived from your IP address is used for rate limiting; the request-limiting data expires after a short period. Hosting providers may process technical logs for security and service delivery.
Map and browser storage
The interactive map uses Leaflet and OpenStreetMap. Loading it sends technical information, including your IP address, to the map provider. This site does not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies. Your browser temporarily holds a request identifier to help prevent duplicate form submissions.
Your choices
You can call or email instead of using a form. To request correction or deletion of submitted information, or to withdraw a published review, contact RidgebackHomeSolutions@gmail.com.
